| Description: | This research work is devoted to the development of a strategy for the spatial development of a separate district of the city of Verkhnyaya Pyshma, Sverdlovsk Region, containing an urban development concept for its development in the form of a master plan aimed at the socio-economic development of urban areas and at the financial and economic justification of a development project to create an "Innovation Center robotics and its testing. The customer of the study is the administration of the city of Verkhnyaya Pyshma, and the executor is the students of the Department of Economics and Management of Construction and the Real Estate Market of the Institute of Economics and Management and departments of the Institute of Construction and Architecture of the Ural Federal University. Научно-исследовательская работа посвящена разработке стратегии пространственного развития отдельного района г. Верхняя Пышма Свердловской области, содержащей градостроительную концепцию его развития, направленного на социально-экономическое развитие городских территорий. Заказчиком исследования является администрация г. Верхняя Пышма, а исполнителем – студенты ФГАОУ ВО «Уральский Федеральный университет». |
