| Description: | Developed tertiary sector is an essential and inseparable aspect of post-industrial economy. At the current moment, Russia is only on the way to create the post-industrial economy. In the lights of huge Russian territory, the territorial economic inequality, the economies of regions differ from each other in qualitative and quantitative indicators of development. At the same time, differences in regional economies can be expressed both at the level of material production - the primary and secondary sectors, and at the level of intangible production - the tertiary sector of economy. Regarding Nizhny Novgorod region as a specific region of Russia with the possibility of forming the developed non-material, intangible sphere is based on the combination of established industries in the region and the fundamental points for developed services creation. Развитый третичный сектор является неотъемлемым аспектом постиндустриальной экономики. На текущий момент Россия находится на пути к ее построению. Учитывая большую площадь территории России, территориальную неравномерность хозяйства, экономики регионов страны отличаются друг от друга качественными и количественными показателями развития. При этом различия в хозяйствах регионов прослеживаются как на уровне материального производства - первичного и вторичного секторов, так и на уровне нематериального производства - третичного сектора экономики. Рассмотрение Нижегородской области в качестве конкретного региона России с возможностью формирования в нем развитой нематериальной сферы базируется на основе сочетания уже созданного мощного промышленного сектора в области и основательных предпосылок для становления развитой сферы услуг. 277-280 |
