| Description: | The article deals with the essential-content characteristic of ethno-cultural educational environment, on the basis of which the conclusion is formulated that it has a sufficiently large impact on the formation and development of the student's personality. With its correct organization, the procedure for adapting the student to the learning process is simplified. In this regard, the personality of the teacher, who, in turn, performs not only an educational function, but also an educational one, passing to students the Toler antenna attitude to other ethnic groups and their cultures, is of great importance. As a result, we come to the conclusion that only in such conditions we will get specialists adequate to the current realities of life. В статье рассматривается сущностно-содержательная характеристика этнокультурной образовательной среды, на основе чего сформулированы вывод о том, что она оказывает достаточно большое влияние на становление и развитие личности студента. При ее правильной организации упрощается процедура адаптации студента к процессу обучения. В этой связи колоссальное значение приобретает личность преподавателя, который, в свою очередь, выполняет не только обучающую функцию, но и воспитательную, передавая студентам толерантное отношение к другим этносами и их культурам. В итоге приходим к выводу, что только в подобных условиях мы получим специалистов, адекватных нынешним жизненным реалиям. |
