| Description: | The explanation of the previously observed discrepancies in the measurements of total electron content by the method of incoherent scattering and the method of radio sounding by the influence of small-scale artificial ionospheric irregularities, leading to the occurrence of a coherent component in the power of the scattered signal. Theoretical and experimental confirmations are given. Предложено объяснение наблюдавшегося ранее расхождения в измерениях полного электронного содержания методом некогерентного рассеяния и методом радиопросвечивания влиянием мелкомасштабных искусственных ионосферных неоднородностей, приводящих к появлению когерентной составляющей в мощности рассеянного сигнала.
