| Description: | Рассматривается современное состояние аграрной сферы в государствах - членах ЕАЭС. Выявлены основные проблемы, оказывающие влияние на привлечение квалифицированных кадров в агропромышленный комплекс, а также проблемы, стоящие на пути развития кадрового потенциала и подготовки кадров. Технологическая модернизация отрасли требует соответствующего обеспечения отрасли квалифицированными кадрами. Для решения совместных задач в области подготовки кадров для агропромышленного комплекса предлагается сформировать образовательный кластер аграрных вузов государств - членов ЕАЭС. Предлагаются основные направления совершенствования подготовки кадров для агропромышленного комплекса государств - членов ЕАЭС. We consider the current state of agriculture in the EAEU member states. We identify the main problems affecting the recruitment of qualified staff in the agro-industrial complex, as well as problems facing the development of human resources and training. Technological modernization of the industry requires adequate provision of the sector with qualified staff. To solve joint tasks in the field of staff training for the agro-industrial complex, we suggest forming an educational cluster of agrarian higher education institutions of the EAEU member states. We also suggest main directions for improving the staff training for the agro-industrial complex of the EAEU member states. |
