| Description: | Данная статья представляет собой попытку ее авторов исследовать проходившую под влиянием процессов глобализации эволюцию механизмов регулирования прямых иностранных инвестиций на пространстве Ассоциации государств Юго-Восточной Азии. В статье также исследуются факторы, определившие особенности разработанных в рамках ассоциации механизмов регулирования прямых иностранных инвестиций, а также влияние права Всемирной торговой организации (ВТО) на принятые в рамках АСЕАН механизмы разрешения споров. The article attempts to investigate the evolution of the mechanisms of regulating foreign direct investments in the space of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) under the influence of globalization processes. It also examines the factors that determined the features of the mechanisms developed by the association for regulating foreign direct investments, as well as the impact of the World Trade Organization (WTO) law on the dispute settlement mechanisms adopted within ASEAN. |
