| Description: | The dynamics of the main functional zones of the single industry towns of Belarus is analyzes in the article and their typology according to the trends of the dynamics of the functional planning zones is developed. Three types were distinguished: progressive, industrial and deindustrial. In Belarus in the twenty-first century there is a parity prevalence of the single industry towns in the structure, with an increase in the area of all zones and a reduction in production and utility-storage zones. This is a starting sign of the post-industrialization of the space of the single industry towns. В статье проведен анализ динамики основных функциональных зон моноиндустриальных городов Беларуси и разработана их типологию по трендам динамики функциональнопланировочных зон. Было выделено три типа: прогрессивный, индустриальный и деиндустриальный. В Беларуси в ХХI веке отмечается паритетное преобладание в структуре моноиндустриальных городов с ростом площадей всех зон и сокращением производственной и коммунально-складской зон. Это является стартовым признаком постиндустриализации пространства моноиндустриальных городов. 211-214 |
