The possible positive consequences of attracting specialists of a science-intensive industry onthe development of science and the economy as a whole have been studied. В данной статье изучены возможности стимулирования возврата соотечественни ков в наукоемких отраслях, выявлены проблемы их возврата и как можно стимулировать приток спе циалистов в наукоемкой отрасли.
