| Description: | В статье рассматривается роль Товарной номенклатуры ВЭД как инструмента защиты интеллектуальной собственности, в частности, в отношении товаров с защищённым наименованием по происхождению и с защищённым географическим указанием. Также обозначаются особенности включения в товарный знак названий алкогольных напитков, являющихся географическими указаниями. The article considers the role of the HS codes as an instrument for protecting intellectual property, in particular, in respect to goods with a protected designation of origin and with a protected geographical indication. Also, the features of including in the trademark the names of alcoholic beverages, which are protected geographical indications. |
