A brief description and analysis of the model rules of European private law and the concepts of harmonization of contract law are discussed. В статье рассказывается о развитии и приостановлении развития концепции общих правил, которые могли бы стереть барьер, препятствующий дальнейшему продвижению оборота товаров и услуг между государствами Европейского союза. Дается краткое описание и анализ модельных правил европейского частного права, а также концепции гармонизации договорного права. |
