| Description: | The article discusses the modern features of career guidance work with high school students in Russia, discusses approaches to its organization in school. The aim of the work is to reveal the satisfaction with the vocational guidance work of schoolchildren during their studies, the analysis of psychological difficulties. The results show that teenagers face significant psychological difficulties in choosing a profession that are associated with a low level of awareness of their abilities and interests, a lack of understanding of changes in the labor market, a lack of ability to correlate their personal capabilities with the requirements of an elected profession, and form their own professional strategies. Accounting for individual psychological characteristics of personality development, in different age periods, will allow you to choose the right methods of influence in the vocational guidance work with students. It is important already in the early stages of training to focus the attention of students on the awareness of their own abilities and interests. In the future, it is necessary to inform students about the diversity of professions and to teach them how to relate their capabilities to the requirements of the profession. Later it is necessary to create conditions for in-depth study and practice of those subjects to which the pupil shows the greatest interest and abilities, and who are promising on the rank of labor. В статье рассматриваются современные особенности профориентационной работы со старшеклассниками в России, обсуждаются подходы к ее организации в школе. Целью работы является выявление удовлетворенности профориентационной работой школьников во время их обучения, анализ психологических трудностей. Полученные результаты показывают, что подростки сталкиваются со значительными психологическими трудностями при выборе профессии, которые связаны с низким уровнем осознания собственных способностей и интересов, непониманием изменений, происходящих на рынке труда, не умением соотносить свои личные возможности с требованиями избираемой профессии, формировать свои профессиональные стратегии. Учет индивидуальных психологических особенностей развития личности, в различных возрастных периодах, позволит правильно выбирать методы воздействия в рамках профориентационной работы с учащимися. Важно уже на ранних этапах обучения сосредотачивать внимание учеников на осознании собственных способностей и интересов. В дальнейшем необходимо информировать школьников о многообразии профессий и обучить их соотнесению своих возможностей с требованиями профессии. Позднее надо создавать условия для углубленного изучения и практики тех предметов, к которым ученик проявляет наибольший интерес и способности, и которые являются перспективными на ранке труда. 212-216 |
