| Περιγραφή: | This literature review is focused on the mechanisms of the impact that cytotoxic drugs cause in male reproductive cells and the rate of infertility induced by the various regimens of combined chemotherapy for Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The specific endocrine abnormalities associated with antitumor treatment are described in detail and, also, routine and experimental methods for fertility preservation in cancer patients are presented. |
