| Περιγραφή: | The article is devoted to the system analysis and comprehensive assessment of the advantages in the development of the Territory of Specialized Socio-Economic Development (TOSER or TOP), which positively contribute to the development of the region. The disadvantages of development are considered and the constraints to the construction of hyperdevelopment zones are studied. From the point of view of future development, the huge potential of the territory of hyperdevelopment in the formation of clusters of industries, international cooperation with the Asia-Pacific region, development of international markets and increasing the competitiveness of the region is described. A number of conclusions are drawn with regard to regional innovation, adjustment of industry structure, international cooperation and increasing the level of regional economic development. Статья посвящена системному анализу и комплексной оценке преимуществ в развитии Территории опережающего социально-экономического развития (ТОСЭР или TOP), которые положительно способствуют развитию региона. Рассмотрены недостатки развития и изучены сдерживающие факторы строительства зон гиперразвития. С точки зрения будущего развития описан огромный потенциал территории опережающего социально-экономического развития в формировании кластеров отраслей, международного сотрудничества с Азиатско-Тихоокеанским регионом, освоении международных рынков и повышении конкурентоспособности региона. Сделан ряд выводов в отношении региональных инноваций, корректировки отраслевой структуры, международного сотрудничества и повышения уровня экономического развития регионов. |
