В статье анализируется концепция открытых инноваций и их роль в обеспечении конкурентоспособности и устойчивости корпораций. Рассматриваются ключевые особенности открытых и закрытых инноваций, оценивается роль государства в развитии инноваций в России. Автором проанализированы ключевые показатели инновационной деятельности компаний, как государственных, так и частных: объем произведенной инновационной продукции, затраты на инновационную деятельность, оценка инновационного потенциала. Выявлены основные этапы развития роли государства в инновационной экосистеме страны и меры поддержки государства в области развития инноваций: обеспечение спроса, создание необходимой инфраструктуры, финансирование инноваций, подготовка кадров и формирование предпринимательской культуры. The paper examines the idea of open innovations and how they support corporate sustainability and competitiveness. The main characteristics of open and closed innovations are taken into account, and the state's contribution to the growth of innovations in Russia is evaluated. The author analyses the key indicators of the innovative activity of companies, both public and private: the volume of innovative products produced, the cost of innovative activity, and the assessment of innovative potential. The following are the key phases in the growth of the state's role in the nation's innovation ecosystem and the steps to help the state in this area: assuring demand, developing the required infrastructure, funding innovation, training staff, and fostering an entrepreneurial culture. |
