Уровень развития агропромышленного комплекса Российской Федерации, в том числе и отдельных регионов, обуславливает уровень национальной продовольственной безопасности. В связи с этим, изучение динамики развития сельского хозяйства и пищевой промышленности является важной задачей для разработки мер по повышению их эффективности. Авторами статьи изучены производство сельскохозяйственной продукции в Самарской области, в том числе по категориям производителей, экспорт и импорт в отрасли, рассмотрены крупные агропредприятия региона. The level of development of the agro-industrial complex of the Russian Federation, including individual regions, determines the level of national food security. In this regard, studying the dynamics of the development of agriculture and the food industry is an important task for developing measures to improve their efficiency. The authors of the article studied the production of agricultural products in the Samara region, including by categories of producers, exports and imports in the industry, and considered large agricultural enterprises in the region. |
