| Περιγραφή: | This article presents an analysis of the essential nature of TNCs as participants of political relations in host countries in the context of the formation of a polycentric world order, which is a set of interrelated and interdependent political, social and economic components. Based on the analysis of the experience of interaction between the Russian state and foreign TNCs during the intensification of the geopolitical confrontation in 2022, the importance of the social aspect of corporate activities for host economies in modern conditions is emphasized, which indicates the need of taking into account not only the economic and political, but also the social aspects of corporate activities when designing the interaction of modern states with them. The findings of the article are of fundamental importance for the development of public policy regarding foreign direct investment and models of interaction between host states and foreign TNCs in the context of an emerging polycentric world order. Представлен анализ сущности транснациональной корпорации (ТНК) как участника политических отношений в принимающих государствах в условиях формирования полицентричного миропорядка, позволивший представить её как совокупность взаимосвязанных и взаимозависимых политической, социальной и экономической составляющих. Показана особая значимость социального аспекта деятельности корпораций в государствах-реципиентах, что позволило сделать вывод о необходимости учитывать не только экономические, политические, но и социальные аспекты их деятельности при проектировании взаимодействия современных государств с ними. Сделанные выводы имеют основополагающее значение для разработки государственной политики прямых иностранных инвестиций и моделей взаимодействия принимающих государств с иностранными ТНК в условиях формирующегося полицентричного мирового уклада. |
