В настоящее время в России действует реформа, улучшающая технологию и процесс исчисления и взимания налогов, а также качество и достоверность официальной отчетности доходов и имущества. Наиболее активно проявляется внедрение единого налога на недвижимость по всей территории РФ, предусматривающий повышение доходов бюджетной системы Российской Федерации. В статье рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с проведением государственной кадастровой оценки, в частности с определением кадастровой стоимости объектов недвижимости. Currently, Russia is implementing a reform that improves the technology and process of calculating and levying taxes, as well as the quality and reliability of official reporting of income and property. The most active manifestation is the introduction of a single tax on real estate throughout the territory of the Russian Federation, which provides for an increase in revenues of the budget system of the Russian Federation. The article discusses the problems associated with the state cadastral valuation, in particular with the determination of the cadastral value of real estate. |
