В статье исследуются актуальные научные проблемы, связанные с общественнополитической ситуацией в отдельных регионах страны накануне и в период Великой Отечественной войны. Используются новые документы из центральных и местных архивов, воспоминания участников и очевидцев этих событий, позволяющие объективно рассмотреть недостаточно изученные вопросы: политического, социально-экономического плана, а также особенности национальной политики в этот период. Анализируется работа партийных и советских органов республики по организации борьбы населения с фашистами в оккупированных районах. Раскрываются причины поражения 115-й Кабардино-Балкарской кавалерийской дивизии в первых же боях, что негативно повлияло на общественно-политическую ситуацию в республике. Подробно рассматриваются Черекские события 1942 г., которые тенденциозно освещаются до сих пор в научной литературе. Раскрываются причины и масштаб дезертирства, бандитизма, коллаборационизма в регионе. На основе архивных источников выявляются факты фальсификации руководителями республики общественно-политического положения в Кабардино-Балкарии в годы Великой Отечественной войны, что нанесло большой урон ее народам и усложнило работу местных партийных и советских органов. The article explores current scientific problems related to the socio-political situation in certain regions of the country on the eve of and during the Great Patriotic War. New documents from central and local archives are used, as well as the memories of participants and eyewitnesses to these events, which allow them to objectively examine the insufficiently studied issues: the political, socio-economic plan, as well as the peculiarities of the national policy during this period. The work of the party and Soviet organs of the republic on the organization of the struggle of the population against the fascists in the occupied areas is analyzed. The reasons for the defeat of the 115th Kabardino-Balkarian cavalry division in the first battles are revealed, which negatively affected the socio-political situation in the republic. The Cherek events of 1942, which are still biased in the scientific literature, are considered in detail. The reasons and scale of desertion, banditry, collaborationism in the region are revealed. On the basis of archival sources, facts of falsification by the leaders of the republic of the socio-political situation in Kabardino-Balkaria in the years of the Great Patriotic War are revealed, which caused great damage to its peoples and complicated the work of local party and Soviet bodies. |
