| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the role of innovation processes for the modern economy. A comparative analysis of the development of innovative activities in Russia and some countries of the world is carried out. The importance of stimulating the innovative activity of Russian enterprises on the basis of the development and improvement of intellectual resources presented by the drivers of the development of the digital economy is substantiated. The essence and role of intrapreneurial activity is revealed as an opportunity not only to realize the creative potential of employees, but also to form an effective team of future managers-entrepreneurs. Статья посвящена исследованию роли инновационных процессов для современной экономики. Проведен сравнительный анализ развития инновационной деятельности в России и некоторых стран мира. Обоснована важность стимулирования инновационной активности российских предприятий на основе развития и совершенствования интеллектуальных ресурсов, представленными драйверами развития цифровой экономики. Раскрыта сущность и роль интрапренерской деятельности как возможности не только реализации творческого потенциала работников, но и формирования эффективной команды будущих управленцев-предпринимателей. |
