Одной из первостепенных задач руководства предприятий и организации сферы строительства является учет особенностей инновационной и инвестиционной деятельности. Необходимо уделять больше внимание основным факторам, препятствующим внедрению инноваций в сфере строительства, а также поддержке и мотивации к развитию инновационного потенциала предприятий и организаций. Внедрение инновационных технологий является основным фактором повышения конкурентоспособности предприятия, поэтому необходимо использовать максимально технологичные решения, позволяющие сократить стоимость строительства при сохранении показателей качества, безопасности и комфортности объекта на всех этапах его жизненного цикла. Однако развитие инновационного потенциала предприятий сферы строительства усложняется повышенным «консерватизмом отрасли». Это обусловлено основными требованиями к объектам строительства - их безопасности, так как каждая применяемая технология должна отвечать современным требованиям по безопасности, на всем жизненном цикле объекта недвижимости, иметь нормативную базу, апробацию в условиях площадки строительства, стандартизацию и самоокупаемость. Стоимость ее разработки должна быть адекватной и понятной для инвестора, сроки окупаемости -максимально сжатые. Особое внимание следует уделить эффективности ее повторного применения на подобных объектах. Разработка любой технологии требует качественного контроля проектирования, создания и ее применения персоналом организации, расчета и оценки эффективности и безопасности ее применения. One of the primary tasks of the management of enterprises and the organization of the construction sector is to take into account the peculiarities of innovation and investment activities. It is necessary to pay more attention to the main factors hindering the implementation of innovations in the construction sector, as well as support and motivation for the development of the innovative potential of enterprises and organizations. The introduction of innovative technologies is the main factor in increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise, therefore, it is necessary to use the most technologically advanced solutions that reduce the cost of construction while maintaining the quality, safety and comfort indicators of the facility at all stages of its life cycle. However, the development of the innovative potential of enterprises in the construction sector is complicated by the increased “conservatism of the industry”. This is due to the basic requirements for construction objects -their safety, that is, each applied technology must meet modern safety requirements throughout the entire life cycle of a real estate object, have a regulatory framework, approbation in the conditions of the construction site, standardization and self-sufficiency. The cost of its development should be adequate and understandable for the investor, the payback period should be as short as possible. Particular attention should be paid to the effectiveness of its reuse in similar facilities. The development of any technology requires high-quality control of the design, the creation and its application by the organization's personnel, the calculation and assessment of the effectiveness and safety of its application. |
