Статья представляет исследование концепций социально-политического процесса развития России на рубеже ХХ–ХХI вв. В статье рассматриваются различные точки зрения ученых и политиков на процесс социально-политических изменений, выделяются положительные и отрицательные черты, анализируются последствия, и причины. Процесс изменений, в соответствии с концепциями известных ученых рассматривается как трансформация, дается характеристика трансформации; выделяются два направления трансформации: социальное (комплексное: политическая, социальная, экономическая, духовно-нравственная сфера) и технологическое и их особенности. В ходе проведенного анализа раскрываются позиции ряда политологов и политиков: Т. И. Заславская, В. Я. Ядов, Н. И. Иконников, И. Дискин, Д. В. Маслов, Н. Ю. Абрадушкина, В. В. Алексеева, Ч. К. Ламажаа, В. И. Буренко, В. В. Яковлев, Д. Е. Москвин, В. А. Степанченко, М. Делягин и др. Исходя из анализа концепций, рассматриваются связи процесса трансформации с такими явлениями, как глобализация, модернизации, революция, реформы. The article presents a study of the concepts of the socio-political process of Russia's development at the turn of the 20th–21st centuries. The article examines the various points of view of scientists and politicians on the process of socio-political changes, highlights positive and negative features, analyzes the consequences and causes. The process of change, in accordance with the concepts of famous scientists, is considered as a transformation, a characteristic of transformation is given; two directions of transformation are distinguished: social (complex: political, social, economic, spiritual and moral sphere) and technological and their features. The analysis reveals the positions of a number of political scientists and politicians: T. I. Zaslavskaya, V. Ya. Yadov, N .I. Ikonnikov, I. Diskin, D. V. Maslov, N. Y. Abradushkina, V. V. Alekseeva, C. K. Lamazhaa, V. I. Burenko, V. V. Yakovlev D. E. Moskvin, V. A. Stepanchenko, M. Delyagin et al. Based on the analysis of concepts, the links of the transformation process with such phenomena as globalization, modernization, revolution, reforms are considered. |
