| Description: | Digital ecosystems in the agro–industrial complex of the region are the next stage in the development of rural cooperation. Digital ecosystems meet all the requirements of the sixth technological order and allow agricultural producers to switch to it at a faster pace. The article considers the organizational and economic mechanism of the formation and functioning of digital ecosystems in the agro-industrial complex of the region. The aim of the work is theoretical and practical provisions on the formation of economically advantageous conditions based on the ecosystem approach, contributing to the growth and development of the cooperative movement in agriculture. The methodological basis of the research was a systematic approach to the digitalization of agriculture, as well as a set of methods such as monographic, analysis and synthesis, bibliographic analysis, abstract-logical and chronological methods. The authors of the article came to the following conclusions: it is necessary to assess the potential for the formation of digital ecosystems in the municipal districts of the Novosibirsk region, identify areas with high potential — the core areas of the digital ecosystem, then create a Project office in the core areas, whose tasks will include the introduction of digital ecosystem tools and services into small and medium-sized business processes agricultural management and the development of cooperative relations with lagging neighboring municipal districts (satellite districts). Цифровые экосистемы в АПК региона — это следующий этап развития сельской кооперации. Цифровые экосистемы соответствуют всем требованиям шестого технологического уклада и позволяют сельскохозяйственным товаропроизводителям более быстрыми темпами перейти на него. В статье рассмотрен организационно-экономический механизм формирования и функционирования цифровых экосистем в АПК региона. Целью работы являются теоретические и практические положения по формированию экономически выгодных условий на основе экосистемного подхода, способствующих росту и развитию кооперационного движения в сельском хозяйстве. В качестве методологической базы исследования выступил системный подход к цифровизации сельского хозяйства, а также совокупность таких методов как монографический, анализ и синтез, библиографический анализ, абстрактно-логический и хронологический методы. Авторы статьи пришли к следующим выводам: необходимо провести оценку потенциала формирования цифровых экосистем в муниципальных районах Новосибирской области, выделить районы с высоким потенциалом — районы-ядра цифровой экосистемы, далее создать в районах-ядрах Проектный офис, в задачи которого будет входить внедрение инструментов и сервисов цифровых экосистем в бизнес-процессы малых и средних форм хозяйствования АПК и развитие кооперативных связей с отстающими соседствующими муниципальными районами (районы-спутники). |
