В статье представлены результаты исследования технологических особенностей процесса финансирования проектов в сфере культуры с учетом специфики социокультурной ситуации на территории конкретного муниципального образования. Определена специфика проектного менеджмента в сфере культуры, выделены инновационные характеристики системы финансирования социально-культурных проектов, приведен пример анализа социокультурной ситуации в регионе для выбора модели и источников финансирования проектов, предложена форма сводного баланса ресурсного обеспечения проекта. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы в процессах разработки и реализации проектов в сфере культуры на территории муниципальных образований. The article presents the results of a study of the technological features of the process of financing projects in the field of culture, taking into account the specifics of the socio-cultural situation on the territory of a particular municipality. The specifics of project management in the field of culture are determined, the innovative characteristics of the system for financing social and cultural projects are highlighted, an example of the analysis of the sociocultural situation in the region is given to select a model and sources of project financing, the form of the consolidated balance of the project's resource provision is proposed. The results of the research can be used in the development and implementation of projects in the field of culture on the territory of municipalities. |
