Обосновывается подход к оценке перспектив реализации крупномасштабных инвестиционных проектов, учитывающий специализацию субъекта РФ. С его помощью предлагается устранить диспропорцию учета продукции, производимой в сфере сельского хозяйства на душу населения в отдельно взятом субъекте РФ, принимаемой при расчете его интегрального показателя уровня экономического развития, а также определить последовательность действий инициатора крупномасштабного инвестиционного проекта вплоть до создания компании-оператора. An approach to assessing the prospects for the implementation of large-scale investment projects is substantiated, taking into account the specialization of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation. With its help, it is proposed to eliminate the disproportion in accounting for agricultural products per capita in a single subject of the Russian Federation, taken when calculating its integral indicator of the level of economic development, and also to determine the sequence of actions of the initiator of a large-scale investment project up to the creation of an operating company. |
