В статье рассмотрена история возникновения и развития понятия «интернет вещей». Проанализирован уровень развития рынка IoT технологий в России. Детально рассмотрена возможность и перспектива использования IoT технологий в сфере ЖКХ. Автором раскрыты основные преимущества использования IoT технологий в сфере ЖКХ. Показаны основные принципы и преимущества работы биллинговой системы на SaaS-платформе, «умных» счетчиков и ГИС ЖКХ. Обозначена возможность воплощения в жизнь концепции «интернета вещей» с помощью рассмотренных IoT технологий. The article discusses the history of the emergence and development of the concept of “Internet of things”. The level of development of the IoT technology market in Russia is analyzed. The possibility and prospect of using IoT technologies in the housing and communal services sector are examined in detail. The authorhas revealed the main advantages of using IoT technologies in the housing sector. The basic principles and advantages of the billing system on the SaaS platform, smart meters and GIS utilities are shown. The possibility of implementing the concept of the “Internet of things” using the IoT technologies considered is indicated. |
