В статье акцентируется роль развития промышленности как условия экономического развития государств и уровня жизни их населения, приводится статистика количества опасных объектов и локальная отраслевая статистика опасных аварий. Обобщается функционал политики промышленной безопасности субъектов сферы производства и предметы государственного контроля в области промышленной безопасности. Приведены, на основе обобщения зарубежного опыта, характеристика моделей формирования и реализации промышленной безопасности, методы ее регулирования разных странах мира, назначение международных систем сертификации для формирования и реализации политики промышленной безопасности. The article focuses on the role of industrial development as a condition for the economic development of states and the standard of living of their population, provides statistics on the number of hazardous facilities and local industry statistics of dangerous accidents. The functional of the industrial safety policy of the subjects of the sphere of production and the subjects of state control in the field of industrial safety are summarized. Based on the generalization of foreign experience, the characteristics of models for the formation and implementation of industrial safety, methods of its regulation in different countries of the world, the purpose of international certification systems for the formation and implementation of industrial safety policy are given. |
