Статья посвящена вопросам, связанным с обеспечением преемственности содержания учебных дисциплин информационного цикла на примере их изучения в образовательных организациях юридического профиля. Обсуждается ряд способов, позволяющих реализовать преемственные связи между указанными дисциплинами в учебном процессе. На основе анализа нормативной и методической литературы выделяются основные направления в преемственности содержания таких дисциплин в соответствии с формируемыми компетенциями. К их числу авторы относят формирование представлений о роли информации и связанных с ней процессов в окружающем мире; формирование знаний и умений в осуществлении поиска, анализа и оценки информации, необходимой для постановки и решения профессиональных задач; формирование знаний о способах хранения и обработки данных и о базах данных, а также формирование умений работать с базами данных и компьютерными средствами представления (анализа) данных; способность работать с информацией в глобальных сетях; навыки ориентирования в условиях изменений в нормативной базе. Приводятся примеры заданий, позволяющих оценить сформированность компетенций информационной направленности. Даются рекомендации по оптимизации содержания дисциплин, обеспечивающие повышение эффективности обучения. The article is devoted to the questions connected with providing of continuity of the maintenance of educational disciplines of an information cycle on an example of their studying in educational organizations of a legal profile. A number of methods are discussed that make it possible to realize continuity relations between these disciplines in the educational process. Based on the analysis of normative and methodological literature, the main trends in the continuity of the content of such disciplines are highlighted in accordance with the competencies formed. Among them, the authors include the formation of ideas about the role of information and the processes associated with it in the surrounding world; formation of knowledge and skills in the search, analysis and evaluation of information necessary for the formulation and solution of professional tasks; formation of knowledge about methods of data storage and processing, and databases, as well as the formation of skills to work with databases and computer data representation (analysis) tools; the ability to work with information in global networks; skills of orientation in conditions of changes in the regulatory framework. Examples of tasks allowing to evaluate the formation of information competencies are given. Recommendations are given for optimizing the content of disciplines, which ensure an increase in the effectiveness of teaching. |
