| Description: | The article analyzes the main stages of the reform of correspondence professional pedagogical education in the period from 1930 to 1932. The role of the shortage of teaching staff during the introduction of universal education in the emergence of a contingent of part-time students at pedagogical educational institutions, the reasons for its reorganization are revealed; changes in the structure of the People’s Commissariat of Education and in regional educational management bodies are analyzed; the organization of correspondence course sectors at pedagogical universities and pedagogical technical schools is shown. Based on the analysis of the documents of the People’s Commissariat of Education, a relatively little-studied fragment of the history of domestic vocational education is presented in detail, the normative provisions of correspondence pedagogical education adopted in 1930-1932, the organization of work of correspondence course sectors at institutions of professional pedagogical education are analyzed. В статье проанализированы основные этапы реформирования заочного профессионального педагогического образования в период с 1930 по 1932 годы. Раскрывается роль дефицита педагогических кадров в период введения всеобуча и появления контингента заочников при педагогических учебных заведениях; рассматриваются причины, обусловившие его реорганизацию; проанализированы изменения в структуре Наркомпроса и в региональных органах управления образованием; показана организация заочно-курсовых секторов при педвузах и педтехникумах. В работе на основе анализа документов Наркомпроса детально представлен малоизученный фрагмент истории отечественного профессионального образования, анализируются нормативные положения заочного педагогического образования, принятые в 1930–1932 гг., организация работы заочно-курсовых секторов при учреждениях профессионального педагогического образования. |
