В России исторически развита добыча и переработка углеводородов. На данный момент, несмотря на стремительно меняющуюся ситуацию на мировых рынках, нефтегазовый комплекс сохраняет и укрепляет свои позиции как в мировой экономике, так и в экономике России, обеспечивая 84% доходов в консолидированном бюджете. В данной научной статье уточнены место и роль НГК в обеспечении экономической безопасности России, представлен обзор и проведен анализ основных направлений развития комплекса. Авторы определяют пороговые значения экономической безопасности страны, рассматривая их в тесной корреляции с барьерами и перспективами развития НГК России. В завершении работы делаются выводы и формулируются рекомендации автором в рамках проведенного исследования. Russia has historically developed the extraction and processing of hydrocarbons. At the moment, despite the rapidly changing situation on world markets, the oil and gas complex maintains and strengthens its positions both in the global economy and in the Russian economy, providing 84 percent of revenues in the consolidated budget. This scientific article clarifies the place and role of NGC in ensuring the economic security of Russia, provides an overview and analyzes the main directions of development of the complex. The authors determine the threshold values of the country's economic security, considering them in close correlation with the barriers and prospects for the development of the NGC of Russia. At the end of the work, conclusions are drawn and recommendations are formulated by the author within the framework of the conducted research. |
