В статье представлены результаты исследования существующих отечественных и зарубежных подходов к идентификации быстрорастущих компаний (БРК). Сформулирована ключевая проблема обеспечения устойчивости высоких темпов роста среди компаний-субъектов МСП. На основе стоимостно-ориентированной концепции управления и методологии ССП предложен авторский подход к идентификации и типологизации БРК в сфере малого и среднего предпринимательства. Обсуждены результаты апробации сформулированного подхода и возможности их использования для реализации мер финансовой поддержки для разных типов БРК. The article presents the results of a study of existing domestic and foreign approaches to the identification of high growth firms (HGF). The key problem of ensuring the sustainability of high growth rates of SMEs is formulated. On the basis of the value-based management concept and the methodology of the BSC, the author's approach to the identification and typologization of HGF among small and medium-sized enterprises is proposed. The results of testing the formulated approach and the possibility of using them to realize financial support measures for various types of HGF are discussed. |
