This work is devoted to the study of methodological approaches to the assessment of measures for digital transformation of business processes, determination of the current state of digital transformation processes in oil and gas complex companies, development and economic justification of digital transformation measures for the oil and gas complex company. The tasks that were solved in the course of the research: 1. To study theoretical aspects of digital transformation of industrial enterprises. 2. To analyse the processes of digital transformation in the companies of the oil and gas production complex. 3. To identify the problems associated with the processes of digital transformation of oil and gas production companies. 4. Develop measures for digitalisation of business processes in an oil and gas production company and present their economic justification. The work was carried out on the basis of PJSC Rosneft Oil Company, where a significant part of the factual material was collected: technical, financial and economic indicators of the companys activities. The obtained data were analysed and on their basis measures for digitalisation of the companys business processes in the conditions of transition to decarbonisation were developed and justified. To achieve these results, the following information technologies were used in the work: 7-zip, Acrobat Reader, Google Chrome, Power BI Desktop, Project Expert, Statistica 13, SPARK Interfax.
Данная работа посвящена исследованию методических подходов к оценке мероприятий по цифровой трансформации бизнес-процессов, определению современного состояния процессов цифровой трансформации в компаниях нефтегазового комплекса, разработке и экономическому обоснованию мероприятий по цифровой трансформации для компании нефтегазового комплекса. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1. Изучить теоретические аспекты цифровой трансформации промышленных предприятий. 2. Выполнить анализ процессов цифровой трансформации в компаниях нефтегазодобывающего комплекса. 3. Определить проблемы, связанные с процессами цифровой трансформации компаний нефтегазодобывающего комплекса. 4. Разработать мероприятия по цифровизации бизнес-процессов в компании нефтегазодобывающего комплекса и представить их экономическое обоснование. Работа проведена на базе ПАО «НК «Роснефть», где собиралась значительная часть фактического материала: технические и финансово-экономические показатели деятельности предприятия. Полученные данные проанализированы и на их основе разработаны и обоснованы мероприятия по цифровизации бизнес-процессов компании в условиях перехода к декарбонизации. Для достижения данных результатов в работе были использованы следующие информационные технологии: 7-zip, Acrobat Reader, Google Chrome, Power BI Desktop, Project Expert, Statistica 13, СПАРК Интерфакс. |
