Проведён анализ складывающейся экономической ситуации в России в свете проводимой специальной военной операции на Украине и возникших в этой связи трудностей регулирования экономической ситуации в стране на основе рыночного механизма. Сделан вывод о необходимости перехода страны в этих затянувшихся условиях военной опасности для страны к политике мобилизационной экономики с опорой на опыт века в СССР. Показаны её особенности и исторические параллели с условиями нахождения в изоляции Советского Союза и ряда других стран, в т.ч. и США. Предложены некоторые шаги для реализации такой программы. Сделан вывод о значимом усилении роли государства и отказу от догматов рыночного капитализма. An analysis of the current economic situation in Russia is carried out in the light of the ongoing special military operation in Ukraine and the difficulties that have arisen in this regard to regulate the economic situation in the country on the basis of the market mechanism. It is concluded that it is necessary for the country to move in these protracted conditions of military danger to the country to a policy of mobilization economy based on the experience of the century in the USSR. Its features and historical parallels with the conditions of being in isolation of the Soviet Union and a number of other countries, including the United States, are shown. Some steps for the implementation of such a program are proposed. The conclusion is made about the significant strengthening of the role of the state and the rejection of the dogmas of market capitalism. |
