В статье описываются теоретические основы внедрения системы управленческого учёта в высших учебных заведениях. Приведены цели, задачи и факторы, влияющие на функционирование системы управленческого учёта. На примере Альметьевского государственного нефтяного института рассмотрен механизм разработки сметы затрат как основного документа финансового планирования образовательного учреждения. Разработанная смета совмещает в себе коды бюджетной классификации и экономические элементы, что делает ее незаменимым инструментом для эффективного планирования и оперативного управления затратами государственного бюджетного образовательного учреждения. The article describes the theoretical foundations of the implementation of management accounting in higher education. The goals, objectives and factors affecting the functioning of the management accounting system are given. Using the example of the Almetyevsk State Petroleum Institute, we consider the mechanism for developing cost estimates as the main financial planning document for an educational institution. The developed estimate combines codes of budget classification and economic elements, which makes it an indispensable tool for effective planning and operational cost management of a state budget educational institution. |
