Статья посвящена развитию инвестиционных связей России и США на начальном этапе российской постсоветской модернизации, деятельности российско-американских институтов экспертной и организационной поддержки инвестиционного взаимодействия деловых кругов двух стран. Автор выдвигает гипотезу, что исторический опыт инвестиционного диалога является важным компонентом двусторонних отношений России и США, сохраняющим свой конструктивный потенциал в настоящее время. The paper examines the development of investment ties between Russia and the USA at the initial stage of Russian post-Soviet modernization, the activities of Russian-American institutions of expert and organizational support for investment cooperation between business circles of the two countries. The author argues that the historical experience of the investment dialogue is an important component of bilateral relations between Russia and the United States, which retains its constructive potential at the present time. |
