Περιγραφή: В данной статье представлены результаты социологического исследования управления внутренней социальной политикой в вол­гоградских бизнес-организациях по данным экспертного опроса. Оп­ределены факторы и мотивы, способствующие её осуществле­нию; выявлены направления деятельности внутренней социальной политики, предлагаемые инструменты и методы управления; а также установлены барьеры, оказывающие влияние на процесс реализации внутренней социальной политики. В конце статьи от­мечены перспективы управления внутренней социальной полити­кой в волгоградских бизнес-организациях. This article presents the results of a sociological study of the manage­ment of internal social policy in Volgograd business organizations according to an expert survey. The factors and motives contributing to its implemen­tation are identified; the directions of the internal social policy, the proposed tools and management methods are identified; and barriers that influence the process of implementing internal social policy are identified. At the end of the article, the prospects of managing internal social policy in Volgograd business organizations are noted.
