Важной задачей развития горного производства при добыче полезных ископаемых является применение новых и совершенствование существующих систем подземных разработок, обеспечивающих максимальные показатели извлечения полезных компонентов из недр. В работе приведен анализ показателей извлечения запасов при подземной разработке Кочбулакского золоторудного месторождения и путей повышения эффективности отработки рудных тел в сложных горно-геологических условиях. В статье даны сведения о применяемых системах подземных разработок по участкам месторождения с условиями их применения. Приведены основные показатели полноты и качества извлечения запасов по системам разработок и рудным телам месторождения Кочбулак. Для существенного улучшения показателей потерь и разубоживания предложена система разработки подэтажных ортов, а также приведены основные направления совершенствования применяемых систем разработок. Involving new and improving existing underground mining systems that maximize the extraction of mineral components from the subsurface is an important objective of mining development in mining activities. The paper analyzes the parameters of mineral reserves extraction when developing the Kochbulak gold mining deposit and presents the ways of improving the efficiency of ore bodies mining in challenging mining and geological conditions. The article provides information on the current systems of underground mining on the principle of the field sites location with the reasons for their application. It also gives key metrics on the completeness and quality of resource extraction by development system and ore bodies in the Kochbulak field. In order to significantly improve the loss and dilution indicators, the system of development of sub-stage orts is offered. The principal directions of development system improvement are also given. |
