В статье авторы рассматривают один из основных элементов национальной экономики - рынок труда. В рыночной экономике рынок труда является тем механизмом, который обеспечивает согласование цены и условий труда между его участниками. Это одна из составляющих структуры рыночной экономики наряду с рынком товаров, работ и услуг, сырьевым рынком, финансовым рынком, рынком недвижимости и др. Па основе обеспечения доходов граждан, формирования их уровня жизни рынок труда создает основу функционирования национальной экономик. In the article, the authors consider one of the main elements of the national economy - the labormarket. In a market economy, the labor market is the mechanism that ensures the coordination of prices andworking conditions between its participants. This is one of the components of the structure of the market economy, along with the market of goods, works and services, the commodity market, the financial market, the real estate market, etc. On the basis of ensuring the income of citizens, the formation of their standard of living, the labormarket creates the basis for the functioning of national economies. |
