Они должны уметь признавать взаимосвязь и напряженность между действующими в них силами гибкости и стабильности, а затем управлять ими таким образом, чтобы наилучшим образом отражать их стратегические возможности. В статье авторами рассматриваются теоретические аспекты понятий гибкости и стабильности бизнес-процессов предприятий. Предприятия должны работать при определенных стратегических ориентирах и ограничениях для того, чтобы быть эффективными и результативными. В то же время бизнес-процессы должны быть достаточно гибкими, чтобы иметь возможность быстро реагировать на изменения внешней среды, с одной стороны, и достаточно стабильными, для достижения корпоративных стратегических целей, с другой. Именно менеджмент должен определять и контролировать действия, определяющие гибкость предприятия или ее отсутствие на каждом уровне корпоративной системы. To operate effectively, companies must be able to coordinate and leverage their limited physical and managerial resources while seeking to cope with uncertainty and complexity by following specific strategic enterprise guidelines. They must be able to recognize the interconnectedness and tension between the forces of flexibility and stability operating within them, and then manage them in such a way as to best reflect their strategic capabilities. In the article, the authors consider the theoretical aspects of the concepts of flexibility and stability of business processes of enterprises. Businesses must operate under certain strategic guidelines and constraints in order to be efficient and effective. At the same time, business processes should be flexible enough to be able to respond quickly to changes in the external environment, on the one hand, and stable enough to achieve corporate strategic goals, on the other. It is the management that must determine and control the actions that determine the flexibility of the enterprise or its absence at each level of the corporate system. |
