| Περιγραφή: | The aim of the study is a comprehensive assessment of the existing system of economic development monitoring applied by the executive authorities of the Chuvash Republic. The subject of the study is the organizational mechanism of monitoring the economic development of the region, which is the most important mechanism for managing the implementation of planning documents in the Russian Federation. The method of statistical data analysis and the method of comparative analysis were used in the research process.The specific characteristics of the regional economic development monitoring that distinguish it from other types of management activities are studied. The place of monitoring in the economic development of Chuvashia is determined, which consists in the use of the obtained results for the purpose of current assessment of the implementation of the strategy of socio-economic development, the level of achievement of the set development goals, as well as the possibility of adjusting strategic objectives and developing recommendations on measures to achieve them. The analysis of quarterly monitoring indicators, grouped into twelve sections, in comparison with Russia is carried out. An assessment of the performance efficiency of top officials and executive authorities of the Chuvash Republic based on the list of indicators approved by the current regulatory and legal documents is given. In the course of the research, it was established that the monitoring of Chuvashia's economic development is included in the system of national monitoring and is reflected in the rating of development of Russian regions. In the course of the research, conclusions were drawn regarding the shortcomings of the existing monitoring system, which can be used in the work of the executive authorities of the regions. Achievements in the sphere of social and economic development give the Chuvash Republic an opportunity to receive direct and grant financial support from the federal authorities for the implementation of topical and promising projects that allow achieving sustainable development of the region. Целью исследования является всесторонняя оценка существующей системы мониторинга экономического развития, применяемой исполнительными органами власти Чувашской Республики. Предметом исследования является организационный механизм осуществления мониторинга экономического развития региона, являющийся важнейшим механизмом управления реализацией плановых документов в РФ. В процессе исследования использовался метод анализа статистических данных, а также метод сравнительного анализа.Исследованы специфические характеристики мониторинга экономического развития региона, отличающие его от других видов управленческой деятельности. Определено место мониторинга в экономическом развитии Чувашии, которое состоит в использовании полученных результатов в целях текущей оценки хода реализации стратегии социально-экономического развития, уровня достижения поставленных целей развития, а также возможности корректировки стратегических целей и разработке рекомендаций по мерам их достижения. Выполнен анализ показателей ежеквартального мониторинга, сгруппированных в двенадцать разделов, в сравнении с Россией. Приведена оценка эффективности деятельности высших должностных лиц и исполнительных органов власти Чувашской Республики на основании перечня показателей, утвержденных действующими нормативно-правовыми документами. В процессе исследования было установлено, что мониторинг экономического развития Чувашии входит в систему национального мониторинга и отражается в рейтинге развития регионов России. В ходе проведенного исследования были получены выводы относительно недостатков существующей системы мониторинга, которые могут быть использованы в работе исполнительных органов власти регионов. Достижения в сфере развития социальной сферы и экономики дают Чувашской Республике возможность получать прямую и грантовую финансовую поддержку со стороны Федеральных органов власти на реализацию актуальных и перспективных проектов, позволяющих достичь устойчивое развитие региона.
