Авторами статьи представлено теоретическое осмысление проблемы взаимосвязи развития способностей и мотивации субъекта деятельности. Методологической базой исследования является психологическая теория способностей и теория системогенеза деятельности В. Д. Шадрикова. В статье изучается проблема детерминированного влияния мотивации на развитие способностей, которые определяются автором как подсистема деятельности и важная характеристика субъекта деятельности. Доказывается прямая зависимость субъектности, мотивационной системы деятельности и развития способностей. Опираясь на метасистемный подход изучения психики А. В. Карпова и структурно‑генетическую концепцию мотивации учебной деятельности Е. В. Карповой, авторыдоказывают, что в сочетании со способностями мотивационная система приобретает такие характеристики, как успешность, эффективность, всеобъемлемость. Делается акцент на том, что способности начинают развиваться только тогда, когда требования деятельности превышают возможности субъекта деятельности. Возможности субъекта деятельности взаимосвязаны с его мотивационной системой, целеполаганием и рефлексией. Во взаимосвязи мотивации и способностей формируется субъект деятельности. При этом мотивационная система и способности субъекта взаимообусловлены, взаимодетерминированы и находятся в общем процессе системогенеза деятельности. Обращается внимание на решающую роль социальных условий, особенно воспитания, в развитии способностей: через «активность духа» развивается «активность действий». Важные составляющие «активности духа», закладывающиеся еще в дошкольном детстве, − мотивация, рефлексия деятельности – определяют уровень развития способностей субъекта деятельности. Деятельность, по мнению автора, должна быть организована особым образом, чтобы и мотивы, и способности были учтены и включены в нее. The authors of the article present a theoretical understanding of the problem of the relationship between the development of abilities and motivation of the subject of activity. The methodological basis of the research is the psychological theory of abilities and the theory of systemogenesis of V. D. Shadrikov's activity. The article studies the problem of deterministic influence of motivation on the development of abilities, which are defined by the author as a subsystem of activity and an important characteristic of the subject of activity. The direct dependence of subjectivity, motivational system of activity and development of abilities is proved. Based on the metasystem approach to studying the psyche of A.V. Karpov and the structural-genetic concept of motivation of educational activity by E. V. Karpova, the authors prove that in combination with abilities, the motivational system acquires such characteristics as success, efficiency, and comprehensiveness. The emphasis is placed on the fact that abilities begin to develop only when the requirements of the activity exceed the capabilities of the subject of activity. The capabilities of the subject of activity are interrelated with their motivational system, goal setting and reflection. In the relationship between motivation and abilities, the subject of activity is formed. At the same time, the motivational system and the subject's abilities are mutually conditioned, mutually determined, and are in the general process of systemogenesis of activity. Attention is drawn to the crucial role of social conditions, especially upbringing, in the development of abilities: through "activity of the spirit", "activity of actions"develops. Important components of the" activity of the spirit " that are laid down in preschool childhood-motivation, reflection of activity-determine the level of development of the subject's abilities. Activities, according to the author, should be organized in a special way, so that both motives and abilities are taken into account and included in it. |
