В статье показано, что в современном мире проблема неравенства стала очень актуальной. Особенно остра она в России, где рост неравенства происходит на фоне сокращения темпов роста ВВП, инвестиций, падения реальных доходов населения, увеличения численности бедных. Реалии постсоветской России опровергают либеральную экономическую концепцию, декларирующую минимизацию участия государства в регулировании экономики. Доказана необходимость развития социальных функций государства. The article shows that in the modern world the problem of inequality has become very urgent. It is especially acute in Russia, where the growth of inequality is taking place against the background of a decreasein the growth rate of GDP, investment, a fall in real incomes of the population, and an increase in the number ofthe poor. The realities of post-Soviet Russia refute the liberal economic concept, which declares the minimizationof state participation in economic regulation. The necessity of development of social functions of the state hasbeen proved. |
