В рамках статьи автор рассматривает военно-экономический анализ в контексте сочетания его военного и экономического аспектов. В фокусе внимания – военнослужащие и гражданский персонал федеральных органов исполнительной власти, в которых предусмотрена военная служба, собственно предприятия ОПК, а также государство. Военно-экономический анализ позволяет государству определить объем и направления финансирования национальной обороны в целях достижения целей и задач военной доктрины. Доктрина предполагает не только защиту от угроз военной безопасности, но и стратегическое присутствие на мировом рынке вооружений и военной техники. In the article, the author considers military-economic analysis in the context of the combination of its military and economic aspects. The actors are the military personnel and the civilian personnel of the federal executive authorities, the enterprises of the defense industry complex and the government. Military-economic analysis allows the government to determine the amount and the direction of funding for national defense in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the military doctrine. The doctrine involves not only protection from threats to the military security, but also the strategic presence in the global market for weapons and military equipment. |
