Статья посвящена рассмотрению ключевых аспектов изменения бизнес-моделей в современном мировом автомобилестроении. Революционные изменения, связанные с цифровизацией мировой экономики, обусловливают рост конкуренции традиционных производителей и компанийтехнологических гигантов. Цифровые вызовы развития мирового автомобилестроения детерминировали появление новых видов услуг в отрасли, а также сделали менее значимыми инновации в сфере материального производства. В ходе исследования выявлены наиболее эффективные формы организации бизнеса в мировом автомобилестроении, а также наиболее жизнеспособные стратегии роста традиционных производителей в условиях цифровизации. The article is devoted to the consideration of key aspects of changing business models in the modern global automotive industry. The revolutionary changes associated with the digitalization of the global economy, lead to increased competition among traditional manufacturers and technology giants. Digital challenges in the development of the global automotive industry determined the emergence of new types of services in the industry, and also made innovations in the sphere of material production less significant. The study identified the most effective forms of business organization in the global automotive industry, as well as the most viable growth strategies of traditional manufacturers in the context of digitalization. |
