Статья посвящена обзору современных подходов к оценке инвестиционной деятельности и привлекательности организации. Рассмотрены взгляды и результаты исследований отдельных авторов по данному вопросу. Обоснована роль стратегического экономического анализа и цифровых технологий для развития инвестиционной деятельности организации. Изучена динамика капиталовложений как основной базы материального производства при переходе от экспортно-сырьевой стратегии развития экономики к стратегии ее инновационного развития. The article is devoted to a review of modern approaches to the evaluation of investment activity and the attractiveness of an organization. The views and results of studies of individual authors on this issue are considered. The role of strategic economic analysis and digital technologies for the development of the organization's investment activities is substantiated. The dynamics of capital investments as the main base of material production during the transition from the export-raw materials strategy of economic development to the strategy of its innovative development has been studied. |
