В статье обосновывается необходимость исследования кадровых рисков в управлении персоналом государственной гражданской службы с учетом особенностей данного социального института и структуры персонала гражданской службы. Рассматриваются основные виды кадровых рисков на различных этапах работы с персоналом государственной гражданской службы, выделяется кадровая коррупция как самостоятельный вид кадрового риска. The article substantiates the need to study personnel risks in the management of public civil service personnel, taking into account the peculiarities of this social institution and the structure of civil service personnel. The main types of personnel risks at various stages of work with the personnel of the state civil service are considered, personnel corruption is singled out as an independent type of personnel risk. |
