В статье рассмотрены проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются предприятия нефтегазовой отрасли в процессе управления запасами, а также перспективы дальнейшего развития и усугубления данных проблем. Проанализировано текущее состояние запасов предприятий нефтегазовой отрасли и их динамика за пару лет. Определены основные методы и модели системы управления материальными запасами, их особенности, преимущества и недостатки. Выявлены факторы влияющие на процесс формирования запасов. The article discusses the problems faced by oil and gas companies in the process of inventory management, as well as the prospects for further development and exacerbation of these problems. The current state of stocks of oil and gas industry enterprises and their dynamics over a couple of years are analyzed. The basic methods and models of the inventory management system, their features, advantages and disadvantages are determined. The factors affecting the process of stock formation are identified. |
