В статье обоснованы теоретико-методические положения по выбору финансовой стратегии на основе стоимостного подхода, с учетом факторов внешней и внутренней среды, вида базовой корпоративной стратегии. Исследованы с использованием матричного метода варианты выбора финансовой стратегии в зависимости от темпов роста компании. Дана оценка возможностям использования в условиях кризиса финансовых стратегий, различающихся по виду основных источников финансирования. Доказана практическая ценность формализованной финансовой стратегии для реализации стоимостного подхода к управлению, идентифицированы внешние атрибуты финансовой стратегии в целях дальнейшей разработки практических рекомендаций по формату ее представления. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological provisions for choosing a financialstrategy based on the value approach, taking into account the factors of the external and internal environment, the type of basic corporate strategy. The options for choosing a financial strategy depending on the company's growth rate are studied using the matrix method. An assessment of the possibilities of using financial strategiesthat differ in the type of main sources of financing in the context of a crisis is given. The practical value of a formalized financial strategy for implementing a cost-based approach to management is proved. the external attributes of a financial strategy are identified in order to further develop practical recommendations on the format of its presentation. |
