| Description: | The article discusses an innovative university and a new school, as well as the main directions of their interaction. The prerequisites for cooperation are the adoption of the national educational initiative “Our New School” and the law “On Education in the Russian Federation”. The result is a focus of education at all levels on the development of personal qualities of students, on their self-development, professional orientation, the ability to solve tasks in a changing environment; introduction of innovative approaches, methods and forms of education in the pedagogical practice of schools and universities, in order to improve the quality of education in general. Thus, it can be concluded that one of the key areas for improving general education, presented within the framework of the educational initiative, was the development of teacher potential. The prerequisites for the beginning of interaction between the innovative university and the new school was the gradual reform of the educational system of Russia since the change in its political and economic structure. В данной статье рассматривается инновационный университет и новая школа, а также основные направления их взаимодействия. Предпосылками для сотрудничества стали принятие национальной образовательной инициативы «Наша новая школа» и закона «Об образовании в Российской Федерации». Результатом является направленность образования всех уровней на развитие личностных качеств обучающихся, на их саморазвитие, профессиональную ориентацию, способность решать поставленные задачи в условиях изменяющейся окружающей среды; внедрение инновационных подходов, методов и форм обучения в педагогическую практику школ и вузов с целью повышения качества образования в целом. |
