Для многих российских организаций, с целью активного развития и повышения уровня конкурентоспособности, существенное значение приобретает сертификация на соответствие стандартам, признанным не только в России, но и за рубежом. Системы менеджмента разрабатываются, внедряются и поддерживаются с помощью единой системы с процессами, которые охватывают требования каждого стандарта. Независимое установление и управление ими для одной и той же организации создает определенные трудности. Более рациональным решением является создание интегрированной системы менеджмента (IMS), которая объединила бы все системы и процессы организации в единую целостную структуру, работающую как единое целое с едиными целями. IMS фокусируются на интеграции трех систем, связанных с качеством, окружающей средой и охраной труда и безопасностью и предоставляют организациям философию управления, которая позволяет успешно управлять процессами и достигать желаемых результатов. Авторами определено, что основным преимуществом внедрения интегрированной системы менеджмента является возможность согласования стандартов с позиции выработки единой политики, целей и согласования процессов, в том числе в области устойчивого развития. Кроме этого, интегрированные системы менеджмента являются критериями для оценки способности организаций соответствовать определенным требованиям, они фокусируются на долгосрочных целях организаций и формируют корпоративную культуру. For many Russian organizations, in order to actively develop and increase the level of competitiveness, certification for compliance with standards recognized not only in Russia but also abroad becomes essential. Management systems are developed, implemented and maintained using a single system with processes that cover the requirements of each standard. Independent establishment and management of them for the same organization creates certain difficulties. A more rational solution is to create an integrated management system (IMS), which would unite all the systems and processes of the organization into a single integral structure, working as a whole with common goals. IMS focuses on the integration of three systems related to quality, environment and occupational health and safety and provides organizations with a management philosophy that allows them to successfully manage processes and achieve the desired results. The authors determined that the main advantage of the introduction of an integrated management system is the ability to coordinate standards from the perspective of developing a unified policy, goals and coordination of processes, including in the field of sustainable development. In addition, integrated management systems are criteria for assessing the ability of organizations to meet certain requirements, they focus on the long-term goals of organizations and form a corporate culture. |
