В статье рассмотрена сущность SWOT-анализа как необходимого элемента в деятельности любого предприятия. Рассмотрены цели применения SWOT-анализа, методика проведения и его ключевые элементы, а также определены особенности использования данного анализа при оценке экономического состояния предприятия. Выявлены наиболее частые ошибки при составлении матрицы анализа и предложены пути их уменьшения. Произведена оценка состояния конкретного предприятия -АО «Кизлярский коньячный завод» с использованием современных методов оценивания внутренней и внешней среды предприятия. The article considers the essence of SWOT analysis as a necessary element in the activities of any enterprise. The purpose of using SWOT analysis, the methodology and its key elements, as well as the features of using this analysis in assessing the economic condition of the enterprise are considered. The most frequent errors in the analysis matrix were identified and ways to reduce them were suggested. The assessment of the state of a particular enterprise JSC "Kizlyar cognac factory" using modern methods of evaluating the internal and external environment of the enterprise. |
